Recycled Rubber Sponge - Manufacturer
In order to be committed to the improvement of the global environment, the headquarters group actively seeks the recycling and reuse of rubber waste. After long-term research and development, the recycled rubber sponge product has been developed. Using waste generated in production as raw material, by blending with virgin material and then repolymerizing, a usable product is obtained.
Our company's recycled rubber sponge has passed the RCS (Recycled Claimed Standard) certification, and you can check the relevant information on the Textile Exchange website. Because it is impossible to use 100% waste and chemical auxiliary agents are used in the repolymerization process, this recycled rubber sponge cannot pass GRS (Global Recycle Standard) certification.
Recycled CR Neoprene Sponge (RCS-CR)
Explain: It is obtained by using the CR neoprene waste produced in the production, and then re-polymerizing it by blending waste material and new material in a ratio of 1:2.6.
Note: It is softer than recycled SBR sponge and can be used to make wetsuit products.
Recycled SBR Sponge (RCS-SBR)
Explain: It is obtained by using the styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR ) waste produced in the production, and then re-polymerizing it by blending waste material and new material in a ratio of 1:1.35.
Note: The hardness is slightly higher, and it has been widely used in shoe materials and bag materials.
